Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Nicholas Whittlesey Jr. / Pacific Gas and Electric Co. The applicant install a permanent rail-car bridge over Lyons Creek, 7 temporary bridges over the South Fork Stanislaus, the construction of approximately 300 linear feet of boulder revetment on the banks of the South Fork Stanislaus, and the construction and repair of multiple fords and culverts on tributaries to the South Fork Stanislaus to allow for the commercial harvesting of timber per THP 4-06-18.
