Document Description
When the permitting requirements for CDI facilities came into effect in 2003, existing facilities could elect to obtain and operate with a temporary Registration Permit. This project is for the Board's concurrence in the issuance of a new full Solid Waste Facilities Permit for the operation of Looney Bins/East Valley Diversion facility. The proposed permit will not result in any changes in the operation of the facility.
