Document Description
The project would install Class II and III bicycle lanes and signage on East Stockton Blvd. between Elk Grove-Florin Road in the south and approximately 20 yards south of the E. Stockton Blvd./Laguna Creek Bridge in the north. Limited shoulder widening would take place near the southern project limits to provide adequate pavement for the bicycle lane and a sidewalk segment, and would not require acquisition of new right-of-way.

No special circumstances exist that create a reasonable possibility that this activity may have a significant adverse impact on the environment.
