Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) intends to use portable negative air machine for control of particulate emissions from abestos or lead abatement operations throughout Metropolitan's Service Area. Metropolitan is required to obtain a "Permit To Operate Regulated Equipment" from the Southern California Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) prior to the operation of each portable negative air machine.
