Document Description
The State Department of Parks and Recreation is proposing to acquire these 49 parcels ranging in size from 0.22 acres to 30 acres. The parcels are located as existing in-holdings or in close proximity to the SVRA. All of the parcels proposed for acquisition are either in an area of gently sloping topography or are within the "Badlands" made up of dissected rapidly eroding topography. The acquisition of these properties would eliminate many of these in-holdings within the park these in-holdings within the park boundaries.
