Document Description
The applicant proposes to amend and expand the existing Planned Development (PD) to encompass all 38 acres of the project site. Permitted uses will include the existing retail farm and ranch supply (including fuel) and general merchandise sales on north portion of site. On the southern portion of the project site permitted uses will include a variety of seasonal recreational/amusement-type activities for children and families. The activities would be related to and based on existing and future agricultural uses of the property. Examples include corn maze, u-pick pumpkin patch, hay jumps, hay bale obstacle course, etc.
