The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), will add bus/carpool lanes in the existing median of I-80 from West El Camino Avenue to Watt Avenue, and auxiliary lanes between West El Camino Avenue and I-5, and between Northgate Boulevard and Norwood Avenue.
