Document Description
The Operator proposes to construct a new elementary school on an 11.38 acre site south of HWY 12 and west of HWY 101. The project site is in an unincorporated area of Sonoma Co. at 1683 Burbank Ave. A total of four school buildings are planned for the parcel, as well as paved play areas, turf playing fields, a bridge crossing over Roseland Creek, two parking lots, pedestrian access to Cornalli Street, and a future use area for District offices. The California Dept. of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2008-0183-3 pursuant to Sec. 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Gail Ahlas/Roseland School Dist.
