Document Description
The District is considering the construction of a new elementary school on an 11.38 acre site south of Highway 12 and west of Highway 101. The project site is in an unincorporated area of Sonoma County (County), at 1683 Burbank Avenue. A total of four school buildings are planned for the parcel, as well as paved play areas, turf playing fields, a bridge crossing over Roseland Creek, two parking lots, pedestrian access to Cornalli Street, and a future use area for District offices.
