Document Description
The project EIR is the adoption of an updated revision of the General Plan for the City of Anderson. The revision includes all elements of the general plan with the exception of the Housing Element (2003) and the Air Quality Element (1998). Various elements of the current General Plan have been amended and/or revised since the last comprehensive update in 1985. The proposed project, therefore, is a revision of the existing General Plan.
