Document Description
To compensate for aquatic impacts associated with the Interstate 580 Eastbound HOV Lane Project, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) (Permittee) proposes to create a 0.06-acre seasonal wetland, enhance 200 linear feet of riparian habitat, install a 60-foot long V-ditch, and create a 0.08-acre pond to enhance habitat values for California tiger salamanders and California red-legged frogs within a proposed 20.35-acre conservation easement at the Eagle Ridge Preserve.
