Document Description
The Boys & Girls Club is requesting approval of conditional use permit to authorize the deconstruction and salvage of the existing building, and the construction of a new approximately 32,670 square foot two-story Boys & Girls Club facility. The proposed first floor would be approximately 28,000 square feet and would include a kitchen, a gymnasium, and rooms for recreational activities that could include art, music, movie viewing, exercise, games, and other similar activities. The proposed second floor would be approximately 4,670 square feet and would provide offices for the Boys & Girls Club, and storage area. The height of the proposed structure will be approximately 52 feet and setbacks of 10-15 feet along the west and north property lines are proposed. Approximately 40 off-street parking spaces are proposed; and improvements to the existing bus stop and enclosure are proposed.
