Document Description
The City of Pasadena's Enterprise Zone is a State of Californa Tax Incentive Program designed to stimulate business development and employment growth. The Zone's objective is to reduce the cost of doing business by offering state tax credits to businesses that are located within the zone. Tax benefits are realized through the reduction in business expenses that result from a reduction in the cost of hiring employees, purchasing of qualified equipment and reduction in the cost of hiring employees, purchasing of qualified equipment and reduction in state taxes for financial institutions when approving a loan.
