Document Description
The project entails two separate but adjacent projects: Sun Valley Residential Subdivision and the Foletta Mixed Use Residential Subdivision and Industrial/Commercial Project. The Sun Valley project proposes 617 single family dwellings, a 70 unit multi-family rental housing project, a 10 acre elementary school and several neighborhood parks. Phase 1 of the Foletta project includes 148 single family residential developments and a 1.53 acre extension of the southerly Sun Valley project park. Phase 2 comprises the development of 16.26 acres of commercial and light industrial development.
