The Sun Valley project site has a general plan land use designations of Low-Density Residential, Parks and Open Space, and Public/Quasi Public. The Phase 1 portion of the Foletta Project site, north of Gloria Road, has a Gonzales General Plan designation of Medium and High Density Residential. The Phase 2 portion of the Foletta Project, south of Gloria Road, does not have an identified use at this time.

Document Description
The subject of the EIR is two separate but adjacent projects: Sun Valley Residential Subdivision (herein after called "Sun Valley Project") and Foletta Mixed-use Residential Subdivison and Industrial/Commercial Project (herein after called "Foletta Project"). The project sites are located immediately east of Highway 101 in the southeast portion of the city.
