Document Description
The proposed project is a major revision to an existing master plan known as Arantine Hills (SP09-001); The associated applications include Specific Plan Amendment 15-002 (SPA 15-002) to change the land use patterns and densities in comparison to the existing approved specific plan; General Plan Amendment 15-001 (GPA15-001) which is the companion application that will revise the General Plan land use map with corresponding designations of Low Medium, and High Density Residential, General Commercial, Parks and Open Space and add GP policy text related to water conversation; Tentative Tract Map 36294R (TTM 36294R) which is a resubmitted master map that will subdivide the 276 acres into 10 numbered lots for conveyance and 14 lettered lots for streets, open space, and water quality basins; Development Agreement (DA15-001) which is a statutory development agreement with a 10-year term (plus two five-year extensions) that will establish terms and conditions for the development of the subject site and require advance funding for the construction of the I-15/Cajalco Road Interchange.
