Document Description
Seismic rehabilitation of North Spring Street Viaduct and widening by up to 23 feet on the south side. Widened viaduct will have a 5-foot sidewalks, 5-foot bike lanes, and two 11-foot traffic lanes in each direction with a 4-foot median.
