Document Description
Modify the City of Paso Robles' solid waste facility permit to increase the daily and annual maximum throughput capacity from 250 tons per day and 69,000 tons per year to 450 tons per day and 75,000 tons per year and to extend daily operating hours of the landfill to allow the facility to open at 7:00 am instead of 8:00 am. Closing times will remain unchanged.
