Document Description
The proposed project is a major subdivision to create 28 single-family lots ranging in size from 2.1 to 5.9 acres on a 92.8-acre parcel in the Bonsall Community Planning area. A portion of the existing agriculture (tree crops) will be preserved in an agricultural use easement. Access will be provided via private roadways connecting to Via Ararat Drive and Aqueduct Road. The project will be served by private septic systems.
