Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Dan Schwartz. The applicant proposes to construct a new outfall structure to accommodate the realignment of a canal, and install approximately riprap for bank protection and erosion control. The disturbed areas will be hydroseeded with a native seed mix.
