Document Description
The proposed project is a development of a mixed-use master plan on ~41 acres of land. The subject property consists of two parcels of land. The project site would be transformed from an industrial distribution use to a vibrant, visitor, customer, and patient-serving area. The proposed project includes the extension of East Guasti Road ~1400 feet east from its present termination, ~220 feet east of Haven Ave. to connect sometime in the future to the existing East Guasti Road that terminates at the eastern boundary of the project site.
