Document Description
To re-establish the Enterprise Zone within Merced County as authorized by State law. The Enterprise Zone program creates a 15 yr "overlay" zone where business owners can receive tax credits for hiring "qualified" low income employees, and receives other tax credits and incentives to help stimulate employment generation and business growth in economically disadvantaged areas of the State.
