The proposal is to extend the time period for a 30 cfs water right permit for an additional ten years. The water is presently used at the Fishwater Release Powerplant at Friant Dam to generate hydropower. In addition, the water right is proposed to be used at a new proposed powerplant that would also be constructed at Friant Dam.
