Document Description
The proposed project includes a housing component as well as a contiguous landscaping treatment. The proposed project would consist of approximately ten square and rectangular-shaped buildings on the project site totaling approximately 350,000 gross square feet and varying in height from 3 to 14 stories as viewed from the west elevation. The housing component of the proposed project would provide approximately 1,220 beds for upper division undergraduate and transfer student housing in 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. Uses on site would include residential units, laundry facilities, a central mailing room, meeting rooms, maintenance and administrative offices, a café, and bookstore.
