Document Description
The City of Dana Point proposes to establish a more vibrant, community-oriented Town Center for residents and visitors. The City of Dana Point seeks to create an environment where people can live, work, and recreate all in the same general area. Several conditions limit the Town Center from realizing its full potential. A primary issue for the community in creating the Town Center is the speed of traffic along Pacific Coast Highway and Del Prado, as well as a lack of a strong pedestrian environment, mix of retail uses, housing, and landscape amenities.
