Document Description
The Project will be constructed within an approximately 23.72-acre, undeveloped site located in the eastern portion of the City of Victorville, in San Bernardino County. The Project site is bounded by Bear Valley Road to the south, Tamarisk Road to the West, Lindero Road to the north, and Spring Valley Parkway to the east. The Project proposes construction of approximately 214,596 square feet of commercial/retail shopping center uses. Primary facilities include a retail anchor at 184,946 square feet, and a mix of supporting retail and commercial uses totaling approximately 29,650 square feet.
