The project shall stabilize the banks of an unnamed tributary to Stillwater Creek through the removal of excessive vegetation and allow the flow to remain in the channel. In addition, a small pond shall be created which shall provide wetland habitat for wildlife use. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
