Document Description
The project includes excavating and removing approximately 240 feet of the existing levee section adjacent to the Plant 2 site to expose the deep culvert and other possible voids under the levee, removing the culvert and reconstructing the levee adjacent to the stump with levee embankment fill. The project also includes the installation of an under seepage cutoff wall in the levee.
