Document Description
The operator proposes to conduct riparian restoration project along 1,300 linear feet of Hopper Creek and 860 linear feet of Beard Ditch in Yountville, Napa County. The project will remove non-native species along the creeks and plant native riparian species to provide habitat for fish and wildlife. Two willow wattles will be installed along a 60-foot and 80-foot section of creek. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2006-0164-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
