The project would not increase student capacity by more than 25% or 10 classrooms. The project would require minor site preparation work, but will not result in demolition of existing structures on site. There is no reasonable probability that the project will have a significant effect on the environment due to unusual circumstances because the site is already developed with a school.
The project includes the placement of one portable classroom for use by the YMCA for its programs. These programs are an accessory use to the existing school site and the portable will not increase the student capacity of the school.
