Document Description
The operator proposes to repair an exposed 10-inch gas pipeline in an unnamed tributary to Fagan Creek located approximately 50 feet south of SR-12 approximately 0.25 miles west of the Napa/Solano county line. The pipeline will be covered with a grouted mattress, approximately 45-feet long, in the bed of the tributary. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2006-0052-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
