Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed by conducting maintenance of an existing debris basin (aka. Ironwood/Woodlands Debris Basin). Maintenance will include the removal of accumulated sediment, debris, and vegetation from within the debris basin. For unburned watershed conditions, sediment removals shall occur when the debris basin reaches 25% capacity. For a burned watershed condition, the debris basin will be cleaned out when the capacity reaches 5% or more.
