The proposed parcel map would create three lots from one existing lot that currently has two single family residences. When divided, each lot will have one residence. A new single family home will be constructed on one of three lots while the other two lots will each contain an existing single family residence. Development of infill single family residences is consistent with General Plan designations and zoning classifications. The use of Section 15315, Minor Land Division, is applicable and appropriate.
