The proposed project would replace existing old infrastructure distribution systems with utilities that will meet current code requirements, and will meet existing demands and demands from planned development of the campus. Potential impacts associated with campus build-out were previously addressed in the CSU, Channel Islands Master Plan Final EIR (June 1998), Final SEIR (June 2000), and Final SEIR (June 2004).
