The Center for Ecosystem Management and Restoration (CEMAR) will prepare conceptual designs and detailed cost esimates for at least four high priority fish passage improvement projects on streams of the San Francisco Estuary. The project will produce designs for well-engineered fish passage projects which can then be used for subsequent permit applications and project construction.
