Revised Description:
Use Permit Amendment to Amend Condition No. 1 of 81-UP-0480, which reads, "No more than 2,500 occupied lots may be hooked to the treatment plant", to read as follows: "Connections to the wastewater reclamation facility shall not cause the influent flows to exceed 0.67 million gallons per day, average dry weather flows. Each time a new subdivision, commercial/industrial or similar project request for connection to the sewer system is received by the CSD, as part of the normal planning and environmental review process, the CSD will submit documentation to the County demonstrating that the additional connection will not cause the flow limitations to be exceeded.
