Document Description
A minor subdivision of an approximately 15 acre parcel into two parcels of approximately 10 acres and 5 acres. The property is currently developed with a single family residence and on-site wastewater treatment system that will be situated on Parcel 2. Also included in this project is a Special Permit for the construction of a second dwelling unit on proposed Parcel 2. The applicant has proposed building sites for both a single family residence on proposed Parcel 1 and a second dwelling unit on proposed Parcel 2. Both parcels will receive water from a well on proposed Parcel 2 and on-site wastewater treatment system is proposed for Parcel 1.
