Document Description
Development Agreement by and between the City of Vacaville, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Vacaville, and the State Compensation Insurance Fund related to a previously approved proposal to develop an approximately 32.74 acre site in the Vaca Valley Business Park, just south of the Genentech complex, into an office campus to house the operations of the State Compensation Insurance Fund. The provisions of the Development Agreement do not alter the details of the proposed project, the environmental circumstances considered in the adopted Negative Declaration or the effectiveness of the mitigation measures imposed with the project approval.
