Document Description
The proposed project is an adoption and implementation of the Northern Sacramento Enterprise Zone for the project area described above. The Enterprise Zone Program is a State tax credit program providing a variety of state tax incentives and local financial and technical assistance to Enterprise Zone businesses to enhance economic investment and job creation within the application area.
