The project is a Planned Development that will subdivide two, 1.5-acre parcels (3 acres in total) into 27 separate parcels. Single-family homes will be built on 24 parcels. The other three parcels (A, B, and C) will be common land held by the 30th Street Commons Land Association, City streets/alleys, and a 35'-wide riparian zone (respectively). 30th Street will be improved and paved between Alliance Road and the project.
