- The City will convert the existing WWTP to a high-rate aerated pond system to accommodate existing and future wastewater flows. The City will also install an improved headworks facility, and perform associated improvements to piping, electrical and support facilities. The upgraded WWTP will be designed to treat an average dry weather flow of 1.7 million gallons per day.
