The project also includes a General Plan Amendment to amend Policy CV-1.27 of 2010 General Plan//Carmel Valley Master Plan reducing the percentage of affordable/workforce housing required from 50% to 20% affordable. Furthermore, the project involves a Zoning Change to rezone the property(s) from P/QP (Public/Quasi-Public) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) and LDR (Low Density Residential)(Lot 130), to conform to the General Plan Special Treatment Area.
