Document Description
Combined Development Permit consisting of 1) Vesting Tentative Map for a 130 unit subdivision consisting of mostly of single family attached and detached lots, along with 12 condominium units and a 4.6 acre non-contiguous parcel; 2) Use Permit for development in the Carmel River Floodplain; 3) Use Permit for the removal of up to 435 trees; and 4) Use Permit for development within site plan review zoning district. The project also includes a General Plan Amendment to amend Policy CV-1.27 of 2010 General Plan//Carmel Valley Master Plan reducing the percentage of affordable/workforce housing required from 50% to 20% affordable. Furthermore, the project involves a Zoning Change to rezone the property(s) from P/QP (Public/Quasi-Public) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) and LDR (Low Density Residential)(Lot 130), to conform to the General Plan Special Treatment Area.
