Document Description
The High Desert Gateway Shopping Center would be a regional retail center of a total of 393,400 square feet to be built in two phases. Approximately 366,100 square feet of commercial space are in Phase 1 and Phase 2 consists of approximately 27,300 square feet of commercial space. The shopping center would include the Target Department Store and five smaller major retailers. The Target Department Store would total approximately 180,000 square feet, with the other major retailers ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 square feet each. In addition, there would be six shops, with one proposed to be a restaurant, two proposed to be fast food establishments, with the remaining three shops proposed for retail facilities. These shops range from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet. The proposed project would also include the development of four free-standing commercial pads ranging from 3,500 to 6,500 square feet. These pads would be utilized for retail, fast food, and bank services.
