Document Description
Victor Valley Economic Development Authority (VVEDA) has identified 30,166 acres of noncontiguous areas to be considered for addition to the existing 60,518-acre Victor Valley Redevelopment Project Area (established in 1993) by amendment. The parcels included within the proposed Added Area contain deteriorated properties, inadequate infrastructure and blighted conditions that the powers and tools of redevelopment has the potential to revitalize and upgrade.
