The proposed project will begin at the intersection of existing Route 59 and Bellevue Road north of Rout 99 and end at the intersection of Route 140 and Gurr Road south of Rout 99. The new roadway facility will be constructed as a 4-lane expressway with access control.
Two (2) alignment alternatives are being studied in addition to the No-Build Alternative.
