Document Description
The project will result in the demolition of 100,282 square feet of office, warehouse and industrial use to allow for the development of 250 dwelling units housed in two four-story structures on approximately 5.22 acres. A transfer of development rights is required from another location within the IBC so that the maximum trip budget established within the IBC is not exceeded.
