Wasson Canyon Investments, LP, proposes to perform remedial grading to reconstruct and stabilize an existing manufactured slope that was constructed by the City of Lake Elsinore (or its contractors) in the early 1990s as part of a planned roadway project, which was never completed. The subject slope is set back from 20 residential lots (Nos. 49-68) within the approved residential development. The lower portion of the slope area to be graded and stabilized extends downward into Wasson Canyon beyond the curved southeastern property boundary of The Villages at Wasson Canyon development.
