Document Description
A Specific Plan for the residential development of 189.2 acres of the 340+ acre Orcutt Keysite #21. The application involves seven separate located south of Highway 1, west of Old Town Orcutt. The Specific Plan would be implemented through approval of a Tract Map and Development Plan (and a General Plan Amendment to include the project site within the urban area) that would include the following components: a total of 203 detached residential units comprised of:
- 137 - "Estate" lots
- 36 - "Fairway Cluster" homes
- 30 - "Green Court" homes
- Seventeen of the "Green Court" homes would be designated as "Very Low Income" affordable units per the State's Housing criteria
The project also proposes the replacement of the existing one-story 5,900 square foot golf clubhouse and 5,000 square foot cart barn shed structure, both of which would be removed and replaced with the new two-level facility.
The existing 92 space parking lot would be expanded to meet present demands and projected future demands.
