Document Description
Project consists of a Zone Reclassification, Planned Residential Development and Tentative Subdivision Map to allow a common-interest residential development for 25 single family residences, two private streets (Lot A and B), a swimming pool and park (Lot C), an a bioretention basin (Lot D). The project will require the subdivision of four existing parcels totaling 9.8 acre vacant site located on the east side of South Magnolia Avenue between East Chase Avenue and Cajon View Drive.
